Essentially we will do an initial inspection, if there is any need on the roof such as shingle repair and or roof caulking that's required then we will give the homeowner a cost of doing the work and making sure there is a less likely chance of water entering there home.

After the home is up to our quality standard then we will charge $25/mo - $60/mo depending on how big your roof is and the cost of its full replacement.  The benefit of this monthly service plan is that.

• We will come visit the home every 4 months to evaluate the roofs condition.

• When we come we will take photos of the condition of the home and make sure insurance is aware of the condition of the roof.

• When it comes to eventually filing the claim we will use all the money you've been paying us monthly to then put towards your deductible, reducing your out of pocket cost.

• Also us keeping a photo database of the condition of your home will result in insurance to never say that the damages you have are from old storms resulting in a denial of your claim.

• This service plan does not cover interior leaks unless we are the installer of your new roof.
